The DC 1200 offers fully automated decapping for all common tube diameters from 11 to 16 mm, handling various tube types in mixed operation with ease. Decapping takes place directly in the analysis rack – eliminating the need for reloading and saving valuable time. With a throughput of up to 1,200 tubes per hour, intuitive operation, and compatibility with many existing linear racks, the DC 1200 ensures maximum efficiency, reduces manual workload, and lowers the risk of contamination or infection during routine lab processes.

The Recapper Module (RC) ensures secure, evaporation-proof sealing of sample tubes, enhancing sample integrity and safety throughout the workflow. Available in three versions, it supports both universal stoppers (13–16 mm) and screw caps for SARSTEDT tubes (13–15 mm), making it ideal for reliable sample transport, long-term archiving, and increased process efficiency in the lab.
